Express Pole Conditioning #2

Let's get sweaty in this pole conditioning class! I'll take you through a quick warmup, the conditioning drills (with regressions/progressions available) and then we'll smash the workout. Time to get strong!

You will need:

  • a pole

  • a towel to slide your feet on
