I couldn’t attend the live class/workshop, how will I get the recording?

Once the live class is complete, keep an eye out for an email from Mischka which will include the recording link.

Can I get feedback from class if I can’t attend the live class?

Yes! If you send Mischka a short video and question about the problem trick on Instagram @mischkapoledancer, she can give you some specific feedback. Every now and then a message will get lost in the ether of Instagram messages, so please send a reminder message!

What subscription plans do you offer?

You can join Mischka Online with a 1 month, 6 month or 12 month subscription. For plan options click here.

How do I access my Mischka Online tutorials?

Once you have signed up to a payment plan, log into your Mischka Online account by clicking ‘Log In’ in the top corner of the website. Then visit the Mischka Online Library page and only if you are logged in, the videos on the page will play for you. If you need any further support, please email mischkapole@outlook.com.

Help, I’m having trouble accessing Mischka Online tutorials!

If you experience any technical issues with accessing tutorials on Mischka Online, please send an email to mischkapole@outlook.com and we will respond as quickly as possible.

I would like to cancel or make changes to my Mischka Online subscription?

You can manage your Mischka Online account by clicking ‘Log In’ in the menu of the website. Once you have signed in, click ‘Account’ in the menu. Click ‘Manage Subscription’ and here you will be able to make changes. If you still encounter issues after following these steps, please send an email to mischkapole@outlook.com and we will respond as quickly as possible.

Does Mischka do private lessons, face to face?

You can book Mischka for in person privates at Pole Divas Moonee Ponds. For pricing and to book, please contact Pole Divas at mooneeponds@poledivas.com.au or contact Mischka. For other studios within Australia, you can view pricing and contact Mischka here.

How do I book a private lesson with Mischka?
