Express Pole Conditioning #1
It's time to get strong in this quick pole conditioning class! I'll take you through a quick warmup, the conditioning drills (with regressions/progressions available) and then we'll do the workout. This is a great tutorial to do regularly to build strength and stamina for your pole tricks.
