One of the original pole dancing tricks and a favourite - it's the Butterfly! Learn how to setup for your Butterfly in this tutorial, and learn how to add a Flatline after it. The Butterfly is so much fun and a foundation pole trick for many other Advanced tricks - so make sure you practice this one and attempt it on both sides. Happy training!
