Spatchy Prep (Stretch & Strength)

Prepare your body for the Spatchcock with this stretch and conditioning tutorial. A great way to make sure you are ready to tackle the Spatchy, or use this tutorial to stretch and improve your mobility. Let's get noodle-y!

You will need:

  • yoga blocks (2 or more)

  • a foam roller

  • closed band / booty band

  • long band / theraband
